One Week to Go Until World Seafood Congress

September 1, 2015 — With only one week to go until its launch, the World Seafood Congress (WSC) has confirmed that a limited number of additional tickets have been released for the event.

To be held at the Grimsby Institute from 5-9 September, the theme of the congress is ‘Upskilling for a Sustainable Future’, and the programme includes talks and workshops led by 96 speakers from across the globe, including individuals from Defra, Seafish, FAO and Young’s.

Complementing the core programme, a number of evening events will allow delegates to meet and network with industry peers from almost 50 different countries.

On Monday evening, the Seafood Fayre will showcase the finest local produce with suppliers including Young’s, The Saucy Fish Co., Chapman’s Fishcakes, Zest Deli, Tom Wood Beers and Sciolti Chocolates.
