Apparently, Monica Medina has been systematically replacing those on the New England Fishing councils with her own people. Hey, it's politics, and there's a lot of money under the sea: All this SAVE THE SMALL BUSINESS rhetoric is a smoke screen, it seems. Or that's what it looks like to the nations commercial fisherman.
