A Brooklyn businessman says the state unfairly snatched $60,000 worth of live baby eels he was flying from JFK Airport — and he’s suing to get them back.
Milton Sum paid a $291 fee to the US Fish and Wildlife Service so he could ship more than 81 pounds of baby eels to China on May 3, according to court documents.
