A Quincy-based fish packager was sentenced to three months of home confinement and a year of probation yesterday for falsely labeling frozen fish fillets that came from China.
Stephen C. Delaney, 55, who ran South Shore Fisheries, a fish dealership-turned packaging company, must also pay a $5,000 fine.
