June 1, 2013 — The following lawsuit was filed by the Conservation Law Foundation against NOAA Fisheries.
Plaintiff Conservation Law Foundation, Inc. (“CLF” or “Plaintiff”) on behalf of its adversely affected members hereby challenges specified portions of a final rule by Defendants Commerce Acting Secretary Rebecca M. Blank, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and the National Marine Fisheries Service.
