October 18, 2013 — A fish-processing plant will soon be opening in Pender County. RC Creations LLC plans to create 120 new jobs, with a payroll of nearly $4 million, and invest more than $25 million by the end of 2017.
Local officials made the announcement Friday morning at the Pender Commerce Park, which is on the west side of U.S. 421 North at the Pender-New Hanover County line.
