November 2, 2012 — The New England Fishery Management Council will hold a special one-day meeting on December 20, 2012 to take final action on Framework Adjustment 48 to the Northeast Multispecies (Groundfish) Fishery Management Plan. The meeting will be held at the Sheraton Colonial Hotel in Wakefield, MA.
A number of elements in Framework 48 will be completed at the Council’s November meeting at the Marriott Hotel in Newport, RI. The groundfish agenda item is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, November 14, 2012.
A more detailed agenda of work to be completed in December will be published at the end of this month.
