At its meeting on Wednesday, October 5, 2011, the New England Fishery Management Council will continue development of Framework Adjustment 47 (FW 47) to the Northeast Multispecies Fishery Management Plan.
For recreational fishermen interested in the accountability measures for GOM haddock that may be adopted for FY 2012, please note this issue will be discussed at a Groundfish Committee meeting that will be held November 2. There may also be a meeting of the Recreational Advisory Panel to discuss the same issue; ideally that would be before the November 2 Committee.
