SeaPak, Safe Catch aiming to get more kids to try seafood

March 13, 2026 — Only 7.7 percent of Americans aged 2 to 19 eat seafood at least twice weekly, according to the U.S. National Center for Health Statistics.

Though the stats are grim, some seafood manufacturers are aiming to reverse the negative trends.
