October 26, 2015 — The Acting Governor, Lemanu Peleti Mauga, told the 164th meeting of the Western Pacific Regional Fishery Management Council that the US might face the same problem it had in the Persian Gulf.
A veteran of the Persian Gulf War, Lemanu said techniques and equipment that were used in training in the US prior to the war did not work out in the battlefield.
