March 5, 2013 — NOAA Fisheries announces that it has issued a request for proposals for 2013 Bycatch Reduction Engineering Program (BREP) Grants. Letters of intent should be submitted via email to Derek Orner (derek.orner@noaa.gov) by March 15th.
Full proposals should be submitted through Grants Online (www.grants.gov) by April 5th.
