November 12, 2012 — The Fisheries Working Group meeting on Offshore Renewable Energy will be next Wednesday, November 14th at 8:00 AM at the New Bedford Harbor Development Commission, 52 Fisherman’s Wharf, New Bedford, MA.
At the meeting, the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) will provide a briefing on the Environmental Assessment for the MA Offshore Wind Energy Area and answer questions.
Because of the NEFMC meeting taking place in Newport later that morning, which a few members have expressed an interest in attending, Wednesday’s meeting will begin at 8:00 AM.
