NOAA Fisheries wants to remind monkfish, Atlantic sea scallop and multispecies (groundfish) fishing vessels that a vessel can obtain Good Samaritan DAS credit if assisting the U.S. Coast Guard in a search and rescue operation or towing a disabled vessel.
