February 6, 2015 — Despite all of the options proposed for the 2015 summer flounder season, things will look pretty much the same as last year, with New Jersey managed in the same region as New York and Connecticut.
While the size and bag limits for the season have yet to be determined, Capt. Adam Nowalsky, one of New Jersey's representatives to the ASMFC, said more than likely they will remain five fish at 18 inches, but that is not set in stone. States within the region may opt for something else, he said.
