GLOUCESTER, MA (February 27, 2009) – In response to Judge Harrington’s extension of the suspension of Framework 42’s 2:1 Days at Sea counting provisions until April 10th the Northeast Region National Marine Fisheries Service office sent a letter to permit holders. It outlines the regulations currently in effect as a result of the February 17, 2009, and February 23, 2009 rulings.
