Fishing boats are spending far more time docked in New Bedford than out on the water. Frustrated fisherman said Wednesday that something has to change. "We have about 65 percent of our fleet that's tied up in New Bedford. That's going to be that way through the remainder of the year," said fisherman Richie Canasta. |
