Salmon Technical Team to hold joint online meeting with Salmon Subcommittee of the Scientific and Statistical Committee and Model Evaluation Workgroup October 20-21, 2021

September 23, 2021 — The following was released by the Pacific Fishery Management Council:

The Pacific Fishery Management Council’s (Pacific Council) Salmon Technical Team will host a joint online meeting with the Salmon Subcommittee of the Scientific and Statistical Committee and the Model Evaluation Workgroup.  The online meeting will be held Wednesday and Thursday, October 20-21, 2021, from 8:30 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time, until 3 p.m. daily, or until business is completed, and will be open to the public.

PFMC Ad Hoc SONCC Coho Workgroup to hold online meeting July 7, 2021

May 27, 2021 — The following was released by the Pacific Fishery Management Council:

The Pacific Fishery Management Council’s (Pacific Council) Ad Hoc Southern Oregon/Northern California Coast (SONCC) Coho Workgroup will host an online meeting that is open to the public. The online meeting will be held Wednesday, July 7, 2021 from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time or until business for the day has been completed.

PFMC: Notice of availability: Salmon Preseason Report I

March 1, 2021 — The following was released by the Pacific Fishery Management Council:

This is the second report in an annual series of four reports prepared by the Salmon Technical Team of the Pacific Fishery Management Council (Council) to document and help guide ocean fishery salmon management off the coasts of Washington, Oregon, and California. The report focuses on Chinook, coho, and pink salmon stocks that have been important in determining Council fisheries in recent years, and on stocks listed under the Endangered Species Act (ESA) with established National Marine Fisheries Service ESA consultation standards. This report will be formally reviewed at the Council’s March 2021 meeting.

The Pacific Fishery Management Council’s (Pacific Council)  Ad Hoc Southern Resident Killer Whale Workgroup (Workgroup) will meet online, and this meeting will be open to the public.  The online meeting will be held Monday, August 3 through Tuesday, August 4, 2020.   The meeting will be held from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) on August 3.  The meeting will continue August 4 at 9 a.m. (PDT) and will end at 5 p.m.  The meeting times are an estimate; and will adjourn when business for the day is complete.
