22 Senators ask Obama Administration ask for more oil spill information and preparedness
Twenty-two members of the United States Senate wrote to the Secretary of Commerce, the Secretary of Homeland Security, and the Commandant of the Coast Guard asking that the Federal Government "proactively work to ensure coastal states along the Atlantic seaboard are prepared and to ensure that the public and local governments are given the best science-based information on where the spill might be headed.
