Today was an opportunity for NOAA to get together with a variety of our partners and the regulated community, and think collectively about how we can improve our enforcement programs within NOAA.

I think it was full of lots of good ideas; we are still sorting through the various discussions that happened, we are going to continue take input, the website is open, and we would welcome ideas. We're going to be sorting through those and crafting our way forward

[To those who feel they were wronged in the past] I believe that we are saying loudly and clearly that we want to work together and have a law enforcement program that is fair, that is transparent, and that is effective, and we are reaching out to everyone to help us to find what that looks like.
